For over twenty-five years, Jeff Cloninger has remained one of Palm Beach's consistently top-producing real estate brokers. Jeff has sold over one billion dollar's worth of Palm Beach properties and is active in both residential and commercial segments. Jeff has residential property listed for sale from $1 million dollars and up and offers the largest inventory of commercial properties for lease on the island. Jeff is a past president of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, Inc. and has served on its Board of Directors for many years. He is a co-founder and vice president of the Royal Park Homeowners'​ Association (Worth Avenue to Royal Palm Way residential corridor), co-founder of the Neighborhood Alliance of Palm Beach, and a board member of the Greater South County Road Association. Jeff was a three-term member of the Town of Palm Beach Planning and Zoning Commission and also was appointed by the Town Council to the Royal Poinciana Way Redevelopment Steering Committee. He was the recipient of the 2009 Raymond J. Kunkel Award from the Palm Beach Civic Association which is given to one resident each year for "heroic or meritorious service to the town of Palm Beach." Jeff is also an animal lover and he served several years as chairman of the Town of Palm Beach sponsored "PB Cats, Inc." which implemented a trap-neuter-release program to more humanely deal with this issue of feral cats on the island.
