About Jeff Cody

As a financial services professional, my passions are being a connector and a difference maker. My team and I offer tax and financial strategies that help people add and keep from losing hundreds of thousands of dollars to their financial life with no additional risk or out of pocket expense. One example of this is paying capital gains taxes on the sale of highly appreciated assets such as a business, property, stocks, artwork, collectibles, etc. Traditionally, these sales force the seller to either pay taxes on the gain or do a 1031 exchange in order to avoid paying the tax. There's an easy, legal, and proven way around this pitfall and save tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars. In order to facilitate this and other financial strategies, we work closely with M&A specialists, business brokers, CPA's, EAs, accountants, estate planning and tax attorneys, helping your clients sell their business or property faster and achieve greater longevity of their wealth. We also specialize in helping people get their students in the right college at the right price without destroying their ability to retire. And perhaps the most fulfilling area I work in is helping families who have children with special needs protect their child's financial future while maximizing and enjoying their wealth on a greater basis. I’ve been happily married for 27 years and have a 13 (going on 33) year old son who is my pride and joy. We are active with my son's school and sports, walking, hiking, fishing, and spend our weekends active in church, and volunteering for the Convention of States.
