About Jeff Cook

With more than three decades of experience in collegiate, elite academy, and professional coaching, I’m a seasoned leader who takes a holistic approach to developing players and staff members. Building positive relationships with players, colleagues, parents, and other key stakeholders - together with creating a culture of belonging, integrity, and inclusivity - has been key to my success. Well-versed in cultivating winning teams and working in elite performance environments, I oversaw the Dartmouth College men’s soccer team’s rise to historic Ivy League and NCAA Tournament success, played an integral role in developing the Philadelphia Union’s groundbreaking youth development academy, and now lead the Penn State University men’s soccer team in the Big Ten Conference. I also have extensive international experience in Scotland, Sweden, Denmark, Ghana, Senegal, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, where I’ve served as a consultant coach with Bulawayo Highlanders and Bantu Rovers. My dedication to player development is evident in my track record of coaching, mentoring, and advising more than 40 players who went on to secure professional contracts.
