About Jeff Coomans

I'm a seasoned AI and cloud services professional, product leader and sales strategist with over 25 years in the communications and IT industry. I'm expert in B2B, product design, customer experience, and strategic roadmap. As the Director of Solutions Architecture at BluIP, I oversaw the development and deployment of Natural Language Processing / Artificial Intelligent Virtual Agents to the hospitality and enterprise marketplaces. In the subsequent 4 years, those agents have matured and scaled to handle hundreds of thousands of voice and digital transactions annually. Over half of these transactions are fully automated, requiring no human intervention. I've progressed through many roles in my career - developer, account manager, sales engineer, emerging technology consultant, product manager, marketer and strategist. I've worked with customers, systems' integrators, cloud service providers, telcos, equipment manufacturers, cloud platform providers, and software developers. As a result, I have developed a unique, comprehensive and technically deep professional skillset that has given me the ability to navigate both current and emerging markets. However, if I had to sum up my total value, experience has taught me- I am a fluent technologist who excels at simplifying the complex- I have vision, and I drive to deliver on that vision- Results are everything. My customers, either internal or external, deserve the results they've been promised- I want to win, and every good opportunity is won with a strategy- Big wins are great, but they're built on day-to-day execution.
