About Jeff Coull

As the Executive Director at Northwestern Ontario Innovation Centre (NOIC), I champion NWO's innovation ecosystem, supporting entrepreneurs and regional businesses as they accelerate and scale. I am responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and P&L for the organization. My passion for learning new things and collaborating with others has shaped my career path. As the Director of ICT at NOIC, I had the opportunity to lead projects that enhance connectivity, broadband, and cellular services in rural and remote communities in the region. At Retalon, I was the Director of Consulting, leading various professional services engagements and initiatives. I gained valuable insights into the retail industry, retail AI and analytics, and software applications, honing my project management, account management, and change management skills. Prior to that, I worked at Holt Renfrew, where I developed an interest in data and business technology. I have also pursued several academic and professional certifications, such as Computer Science for Business Professionals, Project Management, and Change Management Practitioner, to expand my knowledge and expertise. I believe that education and professional development are lifelong processes, and I enjoy sharing my experiences and insights with others. It's these values that drive me to constantly improve so I can continue creating value for clients and stakeholders.
