As the Vice President of National Claims at Curo Claims Services, I lead a team of adjusters and examiners who deliver end-to-end claims experience for group policyholders across multiple provinces. With over 15 years of insurance experience, I have developed strong competencies in claim investigation, insurance adjusting, and claims management, as well as customer service and leadership skills. I am passionate about providing quality and timely solutions for our clients, while minimizing the risk and cost of claims. I have successfully coordinated with third parties, independent adjusters, and defense counsel to resolve complex and high-value claims. I have also created and implemented training programs and staff audits to ensure compliance and best practices. Additionally, I have pursued advanced education and certifications in risk management, business administration, and carbon literacy, to enhance my knowledge and expertise in the evolving insurance industry.
