I have extensive experience in supporting clients to review their spend, across cost elements and build financial models supported by deep financial analysis skills and tools to ensure optimised spend and value realisation. I can rapidly synthesize information and question assumptions in order to drive the best outcomes for clients. Specialising in Investment Protection and Optimisation allows me to protect our client’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) investments, optimising risk, and maximising value realisation.
