About Jeff Dolan

As a deeply experienced, intuitive, gritty, and resilient leader, I thrive at the central intersection of political, policy/government, business, and legal systems. I leverage my unique skills, extensive network and versatility to lead and manage people and issues, and seamlessly work across teams and functions in order to transcend (or fix) processes and systems in order to help execute on top initiatives in a manner that generates maximum community impact and awareness, while growing my organization's brand, political capital and momentum. In brief, I get things done. I operate best in a mission-driven organization, at the center of the leadership team, where I’m deeply involved in dynamic and complex issues at the intersection of policy, politics, business, and law. My career started in the public sector working for a top leader in government, and I have maintained a deep commitment to public and community service, social justice, and delivering impact (which I have been proud to do at scale in every role I have had in the public, legal, and private sectors). A priority for me is being able to contribute to the creation and work of a team that is mission-driven, focused, ego-less, aligned and committed to the organization's cause.
