I have 28 years of experience solving problems in the Marine Corps before I joined private industry 11 years ago. My greatest strength is knowing that I will succeed in whatever I set out to do. With decades spent analyzing human behavior, discecting job task requirements, I've become quite adept at breaking down the task requirements into smaller performance steps, isolating a training program to master sub-level tasks until all those tasks can be rolled into one exercise to verify skill transfer and gain confidence by the student. With Trijicon, the design, development and execution of test plans are much similar to the design, development and execution/supervision of individual skill training. Specialties: Job task analysis, identifying requirements to perform better and developing a curriculum to provide the necessary skills to enhance performance.
