About Jeff Enocksen

With over 27 years of experience in the parts industry, I am a seasoned Parts Manager who can manage inventory, sales, and customer service effectively. I currently work at Stewart & Stevenson, a leading provider of equipment and services for the oil and gas, marine, power generation, and transportation sectors. There, I oversee the parts department operations, including ordering, stocking, pricing, and selling parts, as well as handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns. I also collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance. Previously, I worked as a Parts Manager at Great Dane Trailers, where I increased parts sales by 35% and improved customer satisfaction by 20%. I also worked as a Parts Department Manager at Performance Truck, where I managed a team of 15 parts professionals and implemented inventory control systems that reduced costs and waste. I have a strong knowledge of parts specifications, vendors, and industry standards, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about providing quality parts and service to customers and contributing to the success of the organization. I am looking for a new challenge where I can apply my skills and experience to support a dynamic and innovative team.
