About Jeff Ermilio

With over 25 years in the Las Vegas nightlife industry, I’ve dedicated my career to building unforgettable experiences through event production, marketing, and strategic brand partnerships. My passion lies in crafting innovative, high-energy environments that captivate audiences and drive long-term engagement. I started my journey in the late '90s, organizing underground raves before transitioning into the nightclub scene in 2004. Early on, I led street teams for global brands like Godskitchen, Perfecto, and Ultra Music Festival, while producing original club nights across Las Vegas. In 2010, I launched Next Events, which quickly became the largest independent promotions company on the Strip. We partnered with top groups—including Angel Management Group, Tao Group, Light Group, and others—to deliver a wide range of events, from pool parties and mixers to comedy shows and our flagship 80s-themed Halloween party, “THRILLER,” now in its 17th year. In 2014, I expanded to Arizona, managing key nightlife accounts and venues such as Wasted Grain and Mint Nightclub, while maintaining annual partnerships with Ultra Music Festival and the Fetish & Fantasy Ball. I returned full-time to Vegas as Director of Marketing at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club, where I launched Terrace Afterhours and produced the viral “Mini Mayweather vs. Mini McGregor” event, featured by TMZ, Maxim, and the New York Post. I later joined the Sahara Las Vegas (formerly SLS Hotel) as Entertainment Operations Manager, overseeing major shows like The Eddie Griffin Show and Monique. During the pandemic shutdown, I helped revive the Artisan Hotel’s entertainment program and launched the Artisan Music Festival, drawing over attendees. In 2022, I partnered with Illuminarium at AREA15 to produce “Afterlife” with Paul Oakenfold and Markus Schulz, while simultaneously producing “THRILLER” at KAOS. In 2023, I joined the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, where I was promoted to General Manager and then Director of Nightlife within a year. In addition to live events, I’m a music producer with releases on Perfecto Records and host a weekly radio show on Vibe 99.7 FM, continuing to influence nightlife both on and off the dancefloor.
