As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, I maximize technology solutions to help clients and internal partners achieve optimal efficiency, consistency and success. I joined Dohmen Life Science Services in 2007 as Manager, Financial Services, and have held positions overseeing process design and improvement, strategic integration, system design, business analysis and general operations. A national leader in biopharma, medtech and rare disease healthcare innovation, Dohmen maximizes a highly effective model of outsourcing capabilities to move beyond simple economies of scale, helping clients meet their goals and achieve substantial savings. I play a lead role in projects that ensure clients are well positioned for future technology needs. Our new reporting platform will provide clients with more robust data, flexible reporting and comprehensive ad hoc analysis. The new chargeback and Medicaid processing system mitigates the expense and weaker functions of the vendor system. The new system for government reporting will fully automate complex calculations, creating significant client benefit with full control and flexibility to respond to changing government requirements. My specialties include business process improvement, change management, financial analysis, forecasting, and managing cross-functional teams.
