My calm demeanor and innate ability to simplify processes has been a trademark of my career, and allows me to transform performance and revenue results. I began my career in purchasing, inventory, and merchandise management. I quickly realized the areas I excel and enjoy the most to be process development and operations. Noteworthy career achievements include: Realized 500% profit improvement for a client in only eight (8) months through improved inventory control, processes, and financial reporting. Led a 15-month strategic effort to establish the Alabama Office of Workforce Development - you can read more about this fantastic program below. Managed a multi-state/location law firm’s transition to streamlined and standardized workflow and technology operations that increased case capacity by 60%. My professional experience is just the beginning. Becoming and remaining active in the community has always been a priority for me. I serve on numerous boards and planning committees - I play a vital role in fund-raising, event organization, initiative/volunteer coordination, and community engagement for causes that truly matter to me. Being an honest communicator with proven problem-solving skills, I help improve efficiencies through functional, and cost-effective solutions.
