About Jeff Fraser

I’m a UEFA A Licensed and FA Advanced Youth Awarded Coach with experience across both academy and senior football. Currently, I work in the Youth Phase at Millwall Football Club and am also the assistant Manager at Bowers & Pitsea Ladies FC who play in tier 5 of the women's football pyramid. I'm a person who values personal responsibility, empathy for others and their own journeys and telling the truth for better or for worse. It might sound cliche but I am deeply passionate about helping players fulfil their potential. This means creating an environment that is free and expressive but also highly demanding and intense. It's my responsibility to take these players to the next level and I make sure I leave no stone unturned in this pursuit. In addition to coaching, I’m the proud owner of a Football Fun Factory franchise, delivering high quality football experiences to children of all abilities. Regardless of ability all children should at least have the opportunity to play football and it's my aim to help these kids fall in love with the beautiful game. I’m a keen learner always looking for opportunities to grow and collaborate with others who are passionate about the sport, teaching, coaching and learning.
