About Jeff Freeth

I am a Parks and Recreation professional committed to the fulfillment of community needs, growth of programs, events and services through partnering with local commissions, organizations and residents. At the core of any organization is its staff and my commitment is to the development and success of the staff I lead through support, empowerment, training and leadership. I am also committed to continual improvement. This is evidenced by my willingness to continually improve the parks, facilities, programs and events I oversee by instituting new safety protocols, providing park/facility repair or enhancement recommendations, implementing program add-ons or enhancements, modifying program logistics or procedures to increase efficiency, and fine tuning staff training and scheduling practices. All while communicating and surveying customers to ensure that quality parks, programs and events are being delivered. This is accomplished now and into the future utilizing metrics and data driven decision making. Constant tracking and reflection are vital to an organization's growth and I challenge myself and staff to not only listen to the needs and desires of community members but to also listen to the numbers and to work together to determine where there are inefficiencies or opportunities to adjust or modify aspects of planning, budgeting and supervising to ensure we continue to trend upwards and onward.
