I have recently embarked on a journey into the mergers and acquisitions realm by assisting with the $2.2 billion dollar divestiture of Adesa from KAR Global to Carvana. I’m working in an amazing team of leaders ensuring all technical transition service agreements are met and fulfilled accurately and on time. I work closely with management and engineers in both organizations to define and execute the acceptance criteria on a large variety of projects, in an agile manner, on anything from establishing a new HQ to evacuating a data center.
