Over my 12+ year career in the qualified retirement plan industry, I continue to have the honor and privilege to work with businesses and advisor firms across the country in the development of sound retirement plan operations, fiduciary guidance, and participant engagement. I excel at collaborating with C-Level executives in designing the right retirement solution and how to implement it into their business to ultimately meet their employees retirement needs. As I've traveled across the country meeting with retirement plan participants, I've realized that we all have the common struggle to provide a quality of life for our families, communities, and ourselves. Providing a retirement solution is not enough there needs to be key incentives to help people save and education programs designed specifically for your workforce. In life you have to be able to look at your day and say to yourself "I made a difference in someones life".
