About Jeff Gilman

My whole career has been spent in the automotive aftermarket and I have worn many hats during this time. Like many I started out doing oil changes and tires and decided the parts counter better suited me. I started at the ground level working the retail parts counter and delivering parts. From there I moved up the ladder into store management. After many years of store management I decided to leave my comfort zone and do outside sales. I love all aspects of this industry, I love selling, building long term relationships and the constant learning that comes with being in the aftermarket. In 2020 I finally reached my dream of becoming the Territory Sales Manager in New England for KYB. In 2020 I also decided to finish the education I started at Manchester Community College and got my certificate in Small Business Management. Although it is only a certificate I like to believe that I have applied the lessons I've learned from this into my daily responsibilities, and that entrepreneurial spirit is what has helped me grow business in various territories for different companies. I look forward to the future of the aftermarket industry and the opportunities it will present.
