I am a highly successful Architectural and Construction Executive with experience in Regional Operations, who brings executive leadership and business acumen to projects. I have more than 15 years of experience in architectural design; and managing, consulting, and working on single-family and multi-family residential, light commercial, landscaping, and eco/green roof construction projects. I am proactive and bring new ideas to a company and project development. It is my proven track record of success developing strategies, guidelines, reports, systems, and teams to improve day-to-day operations that I can bring to a company and project. On a daily basis, I engage with the necessary C-Level Executives associated with a project. I formulate, facilitate, and communicate the company’s strategy for a project and ensure that day-to-day operations fully align with the strategic goals. In doing so, I oversee the technical and financial performance of a project, establish policies and standards, and implement the best practices to achieve cost, scheduling, accuracy, and timeline goals.
