About Jeff Green

I am an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in both the private and public sector, and in unionized and non-unionized environments. My most recent role was leading the HR Advisory services team in a multi-national organization, providing strategic support and change management guidance to help our organization continue to grow and pursue excellence. This included developing and evaluating KPI"s to support formulation of key initiatives to help keep our company an employer of choice while being a business partner to help achieve our corporate objectives. Helped create the HR function from scratch for two different employers including strategically defining the company culture and developing initiatives to promote the employee brand. Significant experience in policy and program development in all HR areas including engagement, development, and retention initiatives. An active CPHR member in the HRMA, including serving as a mentor, and an active member in monthly roundtables to further my own personal development. Before I began my career in HR, I had over 14 years in Operations Management. This provides myself with a unique perspective to help balance HR needs with what is actually practical in a business environment.
