I have spent decades designing and implementing solutions to help businesses improve their processes and to get value from their software system investment. Focusing mostly on Supply Chain Management problems, I have helped enterprises of all sizes to become leaders in the way they plan, source, make, sell and deliver manufactured products and services. Along the way, I have accumulated knowledge and skills working in different roles including finance manager, software development, systems analysis and design, package software implementation, helpdesk support, I.T. manager and software selection advisor. Most recently, I have been using the insights gained to advise businesses about how to successfully find and implement suitable software solutions covering ERP, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM, Finance and Field Service.
