About Jeff Groh

I’m an IT Systems Director who partners with the business to deliver reliable results in higher education and enterprise environments across multiple campuses and remote sites. I align strategy, operations, and technology to turn goals into outcomes. I lead a six-person IT team and work with vendors to deliver campus-wide initiatives, modernize platforms, and build clear processes that reduce manual work and improve uptime. Recent work includes SIS integrations (Anthology, Orbund), VoIP phone migrations (Nextiva, Teams Phone), Microsoft 365 license optimization, security policy enforcement, structured UAT with clear go-live communications, SOPs and automations that reduce manual work, and executive reporting leaders can act on. My background in software and data through to IT leadership helps me bridge business and technical teams, manage vendors, and guide projects from requirements to production with clear accountability.
