With strong interpersonal communication skills, quick learning capability, and a significant ability to lead and manage a team of people, I am focused on building an organized school counseling program while working to identify student needs, quickly resolve issues, making sure counseling goals are met. I've acquired skill sets from my work experiences that are specifically applicable to the profession of school counselor. I've successfully handled a variety of duties, including counseling students, collaborating with teachers and parents, recommending students to outside organizations, taking part in student welfare and learning support groups, and assessing and enhancing the school counseling program.
