About Jeff Hale

Never satisfied with stagnation, I have spent my adult life reevaluating and reevaluating what I do and where I'm going. I have jumped in and out of multiple industries, researched different career paths, looked into multiple educational pursuits, and finally found Project Management as something that I enjoy doing, brings me satisfaction, and allows me the flexibility to be ME. I hold a degree in Business Management, will be finishing the last course for my Computer Science degree this summer, and then jumping into PMI Certifications. I have excelled in every professional endeavor I have attempted, always becoming the "go-to" for the rest of my team. I love when I am given the tools and trust that I need to be able to do my job AND be a reliable resource to others! I have not always been blessed in this life to have the wants and needs of life. I have sacrificed, I have gone without, and I have had my fair share of FOMO. These experiences in life have taught me what's possible; I moved away from home to a different state with less than in my bank account, and in 8 years have 2 degrees, a resume full of experience (and a "life resume" just as rich!), a good living situation, and a job that provides for my necessities as well as an enjoyable social life. I believe fully, through my own experience, that you can make anything of yourself that you want to through hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
