About Jeff Hamar

I have led a life of fulfillment and service. As CEO of one organization for over 30 years, I led the organization to increase sales from $5mm to over $250mm. From a small insignificant flooring distributor in the Los Angeles area, Galleher is now a top 3 industry leader. I served as President of the North American Floor Covering Distributor Association. I am active in my local YPO and YPO Gold Chapter serving in many roles including Chapter Chair. I have been active in local church leadership, Den Leader for 8 years in Boy Scouts of America, active on local community boards and involved in a variety of important roles in private elementary and secondary education. I have been blessed to be very active in two of my greatest passions - education and health care and currently serve in significant roles for major institutions in these areas. As an accomplished speaker, I have spoken frequently at local, regional, national and international events on business, industry and leadership topics. I am frequently engaged with investment analysts, investors, editors, and industry leaders on topics impacting the flooring industry. My greatest pride is my family. Susan and I have been happily married since 1995 and we have two wonderful sons. Our oldest graduated from the University of Notre Dame and currently works at Bain Consulting in Chicago and our youngest is a student at Boston College.
