This belief shapes my teaching and leadership, ensuring students are prepared academically and with the tools to navigate an evolving world. As a leader, I focus on purpose, agility, and collaboration—identifying key challenges and designing flexible systems that foster excellence. With strong intercultural competency, I create collaborative environments where students and educators thrive. With over a decade of experience in MYP, DP, and global curricula, I design learning experiences that emphasize real-world application, Approaches to Learning (ATLs), and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). I believe in process over product, encouraging curiosity, resilience, and continuous growth. Above all, I am committed to shaping learning environments where students and educators feel empowered to succeed.
