As commissioning authority, commissioning specialist, test engineer, project manager, estimator, & construction field engineer, I have managed a wide variety of projects. Building systems Commissioning (Cx), Retro-Cx, & Re-CX of medical cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, cGLP laboratories, vivariums, oil refinery laboratories, data centers, high & low rise office & residential towers, retail centers, & many other project types- Lead the commissioning process from project inception to final warranty closeout & turnover- Project management, design review, value engineering, estimating, contract negotiation, staff planning, and scheduling for diverse range of projects - Write the OPR & specifications, relaying Owner desires and intents into a cohesive commissioning documents for the entire project team to follow- Review design documents for commissionability, completeness, and compliance to the OPR, codes, and design intent- Write & Execute the Pre-Functional and Functional Performance Tests (PFPTs & FPTs)- Lead Cx meetings & site activities.
