Jeff & Patty Harger specialize in the sales and marketing of new and existing homes in the St Louis County, St Charles County, Lincoln and Warren County areas. Prior to real estate Patty & myself were owners of a Construction Company whom specialize in building Custom Homes throughout the St Louis area. We had the privilege and honor to build homes for 1st time home buyers to custom estate style homes for top executives and local celebrities. Leveraging our experience as a successful Home Builders, we are known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touch and having a skilled team for our clients best interest. We believe strongly that it is not only our duty to represent our clients to the best of our ability but to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch marketing insight so our clients can make the best decision possible. Our team is honest, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable, with over 30 plus years in the real estate industry. We are firm believers in giving back, volunteering with Breast and Ovarian cancer support programs, Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong Foundation, Sunshine Kids, supporting and building homes for Habitat for Humanity, local churches, local radio station Joy FM 99.1 Extreme Makeover, volunteering with the international program of Project Hope and Jeff’s favorites, Ducks Unlimited & Pheasant’s Forever. We are native to the area and recently downsized, moving from the county to the city. We enjoy traveling abroad and seeing the world. However our greatest joy is watching our children flourish and spending time with our grandchild.
