Based at the Cincinnati Headquarters, I own the Syndigo CXH Suite, an active content engine that delivers brand eContent to US customer teams for publication on retailer websites. My responsibilities include product strategy and vision, improving value KPI's, building a product roadmap, driving commercial adoption, and InfoSec/iRisk/TPRMs/CSAs. My group's focus on Digital Commerce acceleration was responsible for over $350 Million in incremental revenue in FY 23/24. In my previous role, I drove superior eContent Readiness across all P&G categories and brands in the US. Corporate readiness improved by 40% during my first year, and I was recognized with the Sales Operations "Transformative Mindset Award" for FY 21/22. Previous to P&G, I was an ecommerce Marketing and SEO Specialist who developed and implemented innovative strategies to boost web traffic and performance.
