About Jeff Hoffman

I currently am employed as the Instructional Coordinator overseeing the school psychology department in a large urban school district in California, San Diego Unified School District, and have had career experience in two of the nation's largest and most diverse school systems in the country in the DC metropolitan area. I am looking for career opportunities that would allow to me utilize my skills and abilities in areas such as leadership and management of school psychologists and other mental health providers, adult learning, staff development and training, consulting with others in a problem-solving capacity, resolving issues, developing interventions to resolve academic and behavioral issues, and providing mental health supports and resources to those in need. These opportunities could be in either private or public industries or agencies. Specialties: Overseeing a large department of over 150 individuals and management of multimillion dollar budgets, extensive assessment experiences in a variety of norm referenced assessment tools Extensive staff training development and implementation to large and diverse audiences within school systems.
