About Jeff Howard

Wonderful career as a management consultant working closely with a myriad of clients to improve organizational practices, business processes and enabling technology. Current efforts focus on helping charitable organizations increase their reach, their effectiveness, their resulting benefits to the communities they serve. In addition, I work with athletes and career professionals, mostly runners and triathletes train more effectively, balancing short term performance goals with their longer term objectives (e.g, health and quality of life) remaining primary. Sadly, most athletes and working professionals fail to consider and tailor their fitness efforts to ensure longer term health. My role is to help individuals enhance their quality of life throughout life based on neurophysiology and exercise science.
