About Jeff Howard
As a dietetic intern, I'm currently completing my rotations to become eligible to take the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensing exam early in 2025. My work experience includes 6 years in corporate human resources, 5 years working in the hedge fund industry, and years of experience working in foodservice from dishwasher up to owner/operator. I have a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Miami, as well as a double major in finance and entrepreneurship (BBA) from the University of Miami. I'm also a certified IIN health coach.My current passion is exploring the intersection of human health and planetary health, with long-term goals of educating the public and influencing food policy. We can save the planet and make people healthier, happier, and longer-lived with simple (but difficult!) changes.When time permits, my other passion is traveling the world with my wife and eating all the best food along the way!
