About Jeff Huseman

Perhaps there are many ways to be successful in business. My passion and accomplishment has been advancing the customer experience. I have found that by focusing on reliable and superior service I could drive company growth. Brand equity and lifetime customer value are vital to generating sales and necessary to maintaining momentum and reducing waste through customer retention, loyalty and referrals. Establishing a successful team culture built around customer care creates a service-based competitive edge. While competitors can copy procedures, pricing and strategies, an energetic and happy service team is extremely difficult for the competition to duplicate. My team philosophy was that what we do each and every day had a direct impact on who calls as a customer tomorrow. No one remembers ordinary service. My ability to build relationships and create positive customer experiences was the cornerstone of my professional value.
