About Jeff Irwin

Over the past 19+ years I have witnessed the company go through 2 separate transitions from C&D Aerospace to Zodiac Aerospace, and Zodiac Aerospace to Safran Cabin. Each of these transitions has provided me the opportunities to grow and learn from multiple management philosophies while operating within the roles of Material Director, Director of Inventory, Director of Planning, and Director of Inventory/Logistics. including Business Analyst, Director of Inventory, Director of Planning, and Director of Receiving. Within these vast roles I have had the pleasure of learning a vast variety of skills that have suited me well within multiply Supply Chain functions. In all of these roles, I believe, the key to success has been the building interpersonal relationships. In addition to the success I've enjoyed working within the Supply Chain of a single organization for all of these years I've also been lucky enough to help support the implementation of two separate MRP systems within multiple locations throughout North America. Each of these implementations provided it's own set of challenges requiring exceptional teamwork and cooperation to train and support teams before and after implementations. I consider myself to be a team leader cultivating atmospheres of organized and cooperative team work leading to countless professional successes. Additionally, while working independently I've developed corporate policies, standard training documents, and analytical tools used to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings opportunities throughout the organization. which have positively effected the P&L.
