I am leading the charge on expanding Hyphae Wellness's exceptional product offering from Oregon and California to include Colorado. As a believer in the functional health benefits of mushrooms, we are introducing the first mushroom-infused rosin gummies to the Colorado market. I have founded, built, and successfully exited two companies in my professional career. The most recent was Tall Trees, a craft recreational cannabis grow. One of the original pioneers to enter the industry when recreational cannabis first became legal in Colorado. After five years in the industry, I became aware of my competitive disadvantage of being a stand-alone operation. I led the valuation and exit strategy and successfully listed, vetted, and negotiated an APA agreement while facilitating a seamless transition to new ownership. The first business I co-founded was right out of college. My business partner and I grew it from just the two of us to eighteen employees and over $2MM in annual revenue. Still to this day, Pro Graphic Install is the largest and most trusted large-format graphics installation company in the State. We are known and respected across the country as one of the best installation companies that can handle the largest jobs efficiently and profitably. I am always seeking new opportunities to challenge myself, as well as leverage and improve my existing skill set. Valuable lessons learned: contract negotiation, business strategy, outdoor advertising, large-format graphics, design + print, cannabis cultivation, facility design, tenant finish, new business development, sales + marketing.
