My name is Jeff Jarding and I am patient-centric and passionate professional with extensive experience in inpatient units’ / clinic service line expansion by overseeing hospital / clinic operations and delivering strategic direction. I possess a track record of successfully vaccinating over 7K community members by spearheading planning and implementation of mass COVID-19 vaccination clinics in multiple settings. I am well-versed in developing a healthy community through delivery of cost-effective, accessible, and high quality patient care. I have strong passion for building public health; excel at directing and executing unique strategies to optimize patient experience and expand the reach. I am proactive individual with active involvement in executing rounds on nursing floor to interact with patients, families, and staff, respond to issues, and adjust unsatisfactory conditions. I am highly reliable along with abilities to operate effectively under pressure while maintaining high ethical standards. Following are some of the highlights of my career: Contributed efforts in planning strategies for launching emergency department along with analyzing and creating policies and procedures for the department. Improved overall access to healthcare facilities by monitoring establishment of two offsite clinics and growth of onsite clinics and facilities, resulted in boosting revenue.
