About Jeff Jeremiah

After school I spent two years as the Assistant Director of Student Ministries at my church. During that time I was in charge of budgeting, event planning, marketing, and led a staff of 13 volunteers. The highlight was growing the group from 5 students when I took over to approximately 40 when I left. In 2008 I left my job at the church and was promptly hired by Hines, a global leader in the development, investment, and management of Class A buildings. I served as Assistant Property Manager at the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza and Fourth & Madison, two of Seattle's premier Class A buildings for close to 5 years. The training I received at Hines was best in class, and I soaked up as much of it as I could. During my time at Hines, I began to notice that I enjoyed client interaction, specifically showing our building to prospective tenants. This enjoyment led to learning more about Brokerage. In 2013, I decided to shift my focus away from Property Management to Brokerage and joined the Colliers Bellevue team. I bring a high level of energy, a game changing attitude, and a commitment to character to our office culture. I've been able to negotiate over $526 million in transactions for over 7.9 million square feet of space as a broker. Specialties: Contract execution, Negotiation, Competitive analysis, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Budgeting, Marketing, Presentations in front of large groups, Team building, Staff management, Event planning, and Vendor management.
