A strong record of achievement in diverse areas of Information Service, leading and facilitate change toward customer and business focused goals. Experienced as a generalist IT Leader for over 20 years, I have demonstrated skills in budgeting, project management, systems design, change management and system implementation. Technically my expertise has been in the Infrastructure stream of Information Services and Project Leadership/Management My strengths lie in my leadership, people, communication and problem solving skills, strategic thinking, customer service focus, understanding current trends and how they align with business, ability to build partnerships across teams, and empowering individuals through coaching and mentoring. Experienced in public speaking having presented at many conferences over the last ten years with the latest being in 2011 where I presented a paper on the City’s Virtual Desktop Rollout at the Technology in Local Government Summit in Sydney.
