An experienced Sales Professional with an accomplished track record in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. I've been in sales over for decades. Proven relationship & occupancy building skills in Senior Living. That is my passion and interest, working with seniors. My most recent role was Sales & Marketing Director at a previously struggling CCRC tasked with rebuilding their business from scratch and bringing in new clients and sales which I successfully accomplished, finishing with seven sales in my last two months, Successful community outreach, community and relationship building, and targeted marketing along with in house events were managed by me, along with managing a small support team. I also worked as a Sales Advisor for a 250 unit Independent & Assisted Living community in Livermore, CA called Heritage Estates, and maintained high occupancy numbers for six years averaging five move-in's a month. My experience includes managing all facets of creating new business: sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients as they progress through the sales decision making process; marketing, business development, community & public relations. My background in real estate has proven beneficial in working with seniors navigate the process of moving from their longtime homes. I'm also an experienced public speaker and presenter and I have created a "Senior Living 101" presentation for many community groups such as Rotary, the Livermore and Pleasanton Realtors, local senior centers, etc.
