Self-motivated and goal-oriented, contributes to setting the direction for new technologies to ensure a more efficient and productive contact center. Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities by training and empowering end-users to resolve issues while encouraging highly technical and motivated support teams to achieve goals. I believe that being 100% responsible is a requirement of life. I am dedicated to my faith, my family and my career. I have a true Heart for Service. I understand that being in a management role if the technologies I support and implement aren't fully operational it will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of those that use these technologies. I want to bring a smile to someone's face each and every day. One of my main goals in life is to learn something new and exciting each and every day.
