I have recently (Jan. 2022) accepted the position as Director of Development for the Gospel Tide Broadcasting Association based in Chambersburg, PA. The Tide as it is known, produces and broadcasts Gospel radio and Tv programming on 3 continents, focusing on under-served people needing to hear the Good News. Currently involved in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, The Tide airs programs in 30+ languages, partners with indigenous ministries to disciple new believers, and helps establish Christian communities. My assignment is to expand the support base and develop sustainability of the ministry. I am also continuing on a part-time basis as Exec. VP at Kirby-Smith Associates, the oldest national firm in Church, Christian school, Camp and Retreat Center consultation. I am in my 21st year with Kirby-Smith, following 22 years of pastoral ministry. I have guided more than 350 clients through feasibility studies, capital campaigns, or stewardship and church membership growth workshops. These clients have raised over $500 million for capital projects as well as raising annual giving as much as 22%. If a Christian organization needs more space, more people, or more money, I can help.
