I spent 5 years traveling the world representing my country pursuing my athletic dreams participating in world cup and world championship races. Insurance Leader with extensive claims experience in the P&C Industry with a passion for engaging teams, developing talent, and delivering on exceptional results.With an impressive career transforming business operations through strategic and tactical leadership. A passionate people leader who embraces diversity, builds consensus and fosters excellence through a collaborative management style. I enjoy working on large projects such as creating, training, and launching an enterprise wide claims best practice refresh and audit platform that resulted in significant claims cost savings and improved synergies and calibration. Organizing claims data into effective key performance dashboards for claims leaders focusing on customer and employee experience improvements is a recent project I participated in.I have always enjoyed the complexities of casualty personal lines, farm, and commercial claims. There’s always an opportunity to learn something new. Yet, the most satisfying and rewarding part of my role as a leader is serving those on my team by empowering them to superior levels of performance and professionalism towards a common goal.
