About Jeff Knox

For more than 20 years, I have enjoyed building high performance teams, improving processes, championing best practices, and growing business revenues. My expertise spans across several diverse industries including plant operations, digital printing, advertising sales, and trucking / freight management operations. I'm strategic but personable, technical but relatable, and never turn down a good challenge! In this journey, I have grown my hard skills to expert level, such as digital design with the full Adobe Creative Suite, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), marketing, domestic and international logistics, and data conversion. I have obtained OSHA Compliance and Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced certifications which have helped my technical efficiency. The development of my soft skills has provided me and others promotional opportunities, superb vendor and client relationships, and department operational and morality increasement. I build positive, relatable, tech savvy teams with determination, and I plan to continue in the future. Amongst my professional career, I have a passion for helping the community. Inside of my current job, I can be found assisting in several community engagement and outreach initiatives, partnering with nationally and locally recognized organizations like the Salvation Army, high school co-op programs, and environmental river cleanup. Outside of the corporate world, I enjoy mentorship, leading voter registration drives and HBCU scholarship efforts, and collaborating fundraising efforts with the March of Dimes through the esteemed Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. I am available to network with individuals and organizations who take an active position community involvement, using our knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve the world around us.
