2020-Now: Companies of all sizes has constantly find difficulty in hiring tech talents. Having been blessed to have worked and learn from software engineers globally, I strongly believe that S.E. Asia has an amazing tech talent pool that is ready to serve the growing demands of high-growth tech companies here. We just need an entity that can aim to bridge the gap of technical talents and their skills just a little bit more. Decided to start Skilledd.com, a curated tech talent development and marketplace for S.E. Asia to do just that! We are extremely blessed and lucky to be able to help startups, scaleups and large enterprises that are high-growth and funded by reputable investors to grow their tech teams hassle-free and confidently- 2019-2020: Deciding that I needed to understand (digital) marketing much better, I've jumped on board another rocketship-growth startup expanding in APAC: Impact.com. As a Solutions Architect, I support Sales in selling and implementing Impact's suite of products to help companies big and small to find and manage their partners, affiliates, influencers for their partner marketing campaigns, as well as optimizing their marketing spend by fully understanding and best attributing their customer conversion journey and detecting ad fraud as well as brand safety. Just a couple days in and I've learnt so much from the Impact Team, including one of the co-founder. I focus more on B2B solutions and tools for SMEs ‍ - 2014-2017 In my past life, i served as the Lead Sales Engineer in Asia for Symphony Communication Services, the secure collaboration and workflow technology company. As one of the company's first employees (#5!), I served in a variety of roles including engineering, product design, marketing, customer success and sales. I also help led Symphony’s efforts in APAC for workflow design, product implementation and advanced integrations across the financial services and technology developers ecosystems. I love technology, product and open platforms. I’m based in Singapore and graduated with a Bachelors of Business degree from the National University of Singapore and am also an alumni in the NUS Overseas College Silicon Valley (Stanford University) program.
