About Jeff Lamb

My experience and qualifications are based on a 37 years of military and private industry experience focused on leadership, training development and conduct, test and evaluation management, logistics engineering, strategic planning, and integrated logistics support of Foreign Military Case (FMS) programs. I have served 10 years overseas in leadership, FMS and logistics positions, which includes tours of duty in Germany and Iraq, and assignments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iraq as a civilian as well. I have led soldiers and managed civilians at every level through Colonel in the U.S. Army and senior manager with General Dynamics Land Systems, from a tank platoon to an Iraqi MiTT (Military Transition Team Chief employing over 2,400 Iraqi soldiers in Diyala Province to a three star modernization staff responsible for sale and fielding of 140 M1A1 tanks to the Government of Iraq. My stewardship of resources and personnel ranged from an Iraqi Army Brigade with 2,450 soldiers, NCOs and Officers, to FMS Operations in Iraq with a value of $640 million. I've been responsible for planning and programming of all of the support equipment, training and spares to support 140 tanks or, four regiments in the field. Academic credentials supporting my executive qualifications include: Masters in Business Administration, Tarleton State University (Texas A&M), and a Master of Strategic Studies Degree from the United States Army War College, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Southern College, and multiple US Army sponsored schooling in leadership.
