I am a Quality Control professional with a vast array of skills acquired from QC testing and project lead assignments which include but are not limited to method development of compendial assays, method validation, non-conformance investigative testing, and equipment validation. These skills make me a potent asset to a drug discovery or medical device company. I have 15+ years of cGMP/GLP industry experience which include immunoassays, biochemical assays, small molecule testing, cell culture, deviation management (DR, CAR, LI, CCR, CSCCR), method development, method validation (KF, ELISA, Endotoxin) and unique industry experience with flow cytometry, IEF and HIAC particle matter. My varied experience has taught me flexibility regarding fluctuating department priorities, time management of sample testing and projects, and adaptive skills required in an everchanging lab environment prioritizing company goals. In the end, I do love science and have been blessed to be a part of such great teams and great companies in my career. I truly flourish in an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration and personal growth. My career development can be greatly attributed to companies I have worked for as well as peers and likewise have contributed to the career advancement of team members. A majority of our life is spent at work, so my innate philosophy is to respect and build relationships with those of whom I spend so much time with. My free time is spent on anything outdoors, time with family/friends, sports and traveling the world to experience other cultures. Additional Relevant Experience: Caltag Laboratories/Invitrogen, Burlingame, CA - QC Analyst • Performed QC testing of fluorescent-dyed antibodies by Flow Cytometry and ELISA under cGMP guidelines. • Performed Cell Culture of mouse cell lines and hybridomas for antibody production. • Led product development of mouse lineage antibody mixture for commercial use. • Bulk, batch record and certificate of analysis review and release responsibilities. • Responsible for training new personnel on QC test methods. Marin Biologic Laboratories, Tiburon, CA - Lab Technician • Performed ELISAs and binding assays under the supervision of scientists in custom research and manufacturing environment. • Performed mammalian tissue culture of adherent and suspension cell lines. • Calibrated and maintained lab equipment for GLP studies. • Prepared buffers and media per request of scientists. • Performed GLP training/auditing and QAU responsibilities.
