I am a mission-driven leader with more than a decade of experience building programs, partnerships, and pathways that transform lives. My work has centered on breaking down barriers to employment, advancing reentry support, and creating opportunities for economic mobility. I’ve led multi-department operations, membership services, community engagement, and workforce readiness initiatives funded through federal, state, and local partnerships. My experience includes managing large-scale facilities, transitional housing, and workforce programs that have supported thousands of families and individuals in transition. Across these roles, I’ve consistently- Designed and scaled programs that deliver measurable outcomes for marginalized communities- Built strong cross-sector partnerships with government, nonprofit, and community stakeholders- Led high-performing teams through organizational change, growth, and innovation. Having once been trapped in the criminal justice system myself, I know firsthand the power of second chances. My life is proof of redemption, and I’ve dedicated my career to creating systems that honor dignity, foster opportunity, and open doors. My passion is equipping individuals with the tools and support to move from instability to independence — and helping organizations deliver those outcomes at scale.
