About Jeff Leibenhaut

I’m a strategy and operations leader at Bain & Company with nearly a decade of experience helping management teams and investors grow, modernize, and scale their businesses. My work spans growth strategy, commercial due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and performance improvement across media, technology, and services. I spend most of my time in media, where I have deep experience shaping streaming product decisions and helping companies pivot their portfolios towards higher-growth segments. More recently, I’ve taken a leadership role in Bain’s internal AI transformation, with end-to-end responsibility for selecting, rolling out, and driving adoption of enterprise AI platforms. I work directly with AI technology partners to shape product roadmaps and ensure their platforms deliver tangible business value.
