About Jeff Leonard
I recently retired from the full-time practice of law after over forty years. It has been a great ride but it is now time to focus my efforts in different directions. I will remain active in the M&A space, but in different roles. I will also spend more time in helping launch BrainZones, which is an EDtech start-up founded by my wife, Debbie, her long-time teaching partner, Marcey Aronson, and a really bright younger gentlemen, Marlon Stevenson. That will hopefully include an initial round of venture financing in the near future. And I will continue my non-profit work, including with The Akron Area YMCA and The Well CDC, which is working to restore homes in the Middlebury neighborhood in Akron. And, of course, there will be a fair amount of golf played.
