My background spans foundations, hedge funds, and global asset management organizations, with expertise in investment operations, portfolio accounting, treasury management, performance reporting, and operational governance.I specialize in building scalable operating models that support effective decision-making, strong fiduciary oversight, and long-term portfolio stewardship. Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with investment, finance, compliance, legal, and technology teams to strengthen governance frameworks, improve transparency, and enhance operational resilience.My experience includes portfolio accounting, cash and liquidity management, private investment operations, performance measurement, vendor oversight, reconciliation and control frameworks, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. I have led multiple process improvement and technology initiatives that enhanced reporting, strengthened controls, reduced operational risk, and generated meaningful cost savings.Currently, I serve as Manager of Investment Operations at the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, where I support the operational infrastructure of a diversified institutional investment portfolio. Prior to joining the Foundation, I spent more than seven years leading operations, fund accounting, treasury, and investor reporting functions for a multi-strategy hedge fund manager.I am passionate about building durable investment infrastructure that enables organizations to scale effectively, manage risk thoughtfully, and achieve strong long-term outcomes for stakeholders.
